What makes BuildYourWolfpack different?

What does "roast-to-order" mean?

Your coffee is roasted after you place your order — it's never been sitting in a warehouse. You taste the difference fresh roast makes.

Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?

We ship anywhere in the USA, and shipping is included in the price you see. No surprise fees at checkout.

How long until my coffee arrives?

Your coffee is roasted 1–2 days after you order — whole bean ships the same day it's roasted, ground ships the day after. Most US orders arrive within 3–7 days of ordering, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as it's on the way.

Whole bean or ground?

Your choice at checkout: Whole Bean, Standard, Espresso, or Coarse grind.

What sizes do you offer?

12oz, 1lb, 2lb, 5lb, and 12lb depending on the coffee. The 12oz bag is the classic starter; bigger bags are the better value per cup.

What are Pack Points?

Pack Points are how the game keeps score. Every order earns points, and points unlock status and perks in the Infinite Game. Your grind becomes progress. Learn more about Pack Points rewards →

Do you offer a coffee subscription?

Yes — it's called Never Run Dry: your favorite coffee on repeat, every 30, 45, or 60 days, at 10% off every order. Subscribers earn 2x Pack Points and can skip or pause anytime. Choose the subscription option on any coffee product page.

What's your return policy?

If your coffee arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right — refund or replacement. Full details in our refund policy.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. If your coffee hasn't roasted yet, we can change the address or cancel. Once it's roasted and shipped, it's on its way.

Do you work with coffee shops or offices?

Yes. Our Pack Hub partnerships put roast-to-order coffee plus the game inside cafés, coworking spaces, and offices. If you run a place that runs on coffee, email us — we reply to partnership inquiries personally.
