Privacy policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026

BuildYourWolfpack ("we") runs the Infinite Game and the roast-to-order coffee store at buildyourwolfpack.com.

What we collect

• Game account: email, wolf name, city/territory, class card choice, mission history, IVP/Pack Points/credits, referral codes and redemptions.
• Store orders: name, email, shipping address, order history via Shopify (our store platform). Payment details go to Shopify/Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
• Muse connector (when enabled): the same game-account data above, passed through Meta's connector platform when you invoke the BuildYourWolfpack connector. We do not receive your Muse passwords or payment instruments.

What we don't do

• No sale of personal data. No ad-targeting pipelines.
• The connector never stores your credentials; authentication uses per-account API keys you can revoke anytime.

Subprocessors

Shopify (store/checkout), Meta (Muse connector platform), Render (hosting), Google (email/analytics where enabled).

Retention & deletion

Game and order data is kept while your account is active. Ask for export or deletion anytime at dominiqueharris@picdigroup.com and we complete it within 30 days.

Under 18

The Infinite Game is 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
